What is the delivery time for orders?

48 hours if the order is placed before 12:00, otherwise 72 hours.

Do you ship all over the country and abroad?

We ship all over the country, and abroad shipping costs are not included.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or in bad condition?

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order through the website.

Is it possible to schedule a specific delivery date?

  • If we want to schedule a date without a specific time, it can be done 5 working days in advance, and by writing an e-mail to the following address info@oleadrinks.com
  • If you want to place an order on a specific day and time slot, we must receive the request via e-mail, and the extra costs of the time slot will be added.

What are the shipping conditions?

The products are shipped in unbreakable safety boxes.

Are the products shipped cold?

No, they are shipped at room temperature.

What payment methods are accepted for online orders?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

For orders not included in the quantities established in the e-commerce, you must contact info@oleadrinks.com. There are discounts for recurring purchases (30 and 60 days).
